Postnatal Workshop - The 4th trimester

This 4.5hr workshop will cover all the postnatal information we include in our full series of classes - but WITHOUT the labour & birth information.This class is suitable if you are having a planned caesarean birth or would like a refresher on newborn feeding, care and behaviour.

Time: 9.30am - 2pm
Location: Level 3, Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
Cost: $100 for 2 people
(Free - If either birth parent holds a valid HCC or identifies as ATSI. Contact Parent Ed Dept directly to book)
This class will cover topics such as (but not limited to) - Understanding breastfeeding & the early weeks, Mum's physical & emotional recovery post-birth, safe sleeping, newborn behaviour, settling, relationship changes. It is designed to help build your knowledge and confidence in parenting. in the early weeks.
Suitable to attend from 26 weeks of pregnancy.
For families booked to have their babies at Mercy Hospital for Women.
