So you want to be Youtube or TikTok famous... or just keen to be a professional content creator.Brimbank Learning Futures' Skills Lab programs are here to give you a taster for the skills and knowledge required to succeed in various industries.
Over 3 weeks in the Skills Lab: Content Creation program, you’ll learn how to plan, film, and edit engaging content with guidance from media professionals.
During this program you will:
- Build your confidence speaking in front of camera
- Learn what makes content engaging
- Upskill yourself in storytelling
- Discover pathways into content creation as a career
As part of the program you'll work in small teams to create your own content showcasing Brimbank, and gain real-world storytelling and production skills along the way. We'll also add you into our Brimbank talent pool - should we ever need your content skills, we'll be in touch!
This program is for young people aged 15–25 who live, work, study or play in Brimbank.
