HSYB Nationals 2026 – Initial deposit payments
First payments due for both components by 19 November

Phase 2: Player Fees $75 &/or Accomodation deposit $60

Nationals Attendance fee of $75 per player (one off payment)
This is a band subsidized cost, and goes towards support costs for all members at the Nationals: competition player passes and band registration, music purchase and preparation, snacks, minibus transport and sundry items.

Brisbane City YHA Accommodation $60 per person (deposit)
The Brisbane City YHA has been booked for 4 nights from Thursday 2nd with an optional additional night on Wed April 1 for those going early for solos.

The YHA package will include all breakfasts some lunches and 1 dinner.

The booking is for a total of 64 beds comprising a combination of family rooms and share rooms of different sizes.
The real cost of this package would be $360+ per person. Through the band fundraising program, we are aiming to subsidise costs down to $120-150 per player $250 per accompanying person (also band subsidised)

^^For those players and family members going up on evening Wednesday Apr 1st e.g. solo and ensemble performers, we can include additional night of accommodation in the group booking at the YHA but we will need to know who requires this as soon as possible. The cost for extra 1 night accommodation Wed Apr 1 will be $60-$100 depending on type of room.
