If you feel hesitant or don't love side posture and cervical adjustments, but wish you knew an easier way to adjust, than this is for you. A half day on side posture and a half day on Cervical adjusting to demonstrate and practice a different easier way.
My process is simple, instead of locking the joint out and having the client resist because they feel so much tension making your job harder, why not create ease in the body through movement instead and use less force to make the adjustment.
Go deeper and cleaner in your adjustments with less force.
On the day we will cover;
Side posture-
- Side posture set up using a wave dynamic.
- Creating ease in the low back instead of creating tension.
- Anatomy of SIJ and lumbar coupled motion.
- Determining position and segment to adjust
- Adjusting with the lumbar drop away or using an assistant to adjust.
Cervical-
3 different assessment techniques with an adjustment in motion process that requires less force.
