In this equally outrageous sequel to 2020’s “King Ubu”, the titular tyrant sets up in the home of a Paris academic and is pretty soon terrorising the citizens with his minions. To make matters worse, he has learnt that the vile Ma Ubu is cheating on him and is determined to find a culprit to punish! Fanaticism, paranoia, misinformation and madness follow in this darkly surreal farce that is both hilarious and horrid!Based on ‘Ubu Cuckolded’ by Alfred Jarry. Freely adapted and directed by Todd Barty with the CTRL Troupe.
