HASS 6 Week Unit on Local History

HassJoin us at Little Duck Farm School 🦆 🏡 as we deliver our first Core Curriculum HASS 6 week unit on local Mandurah and Pinjarra History 📕. As a group of Highschool teachers 👩🏫 we wanted to collaborate to bring core units in a fun 🤩 and engaging hands on way. Our HASS unit will focus on local History, Indigenous Cultures, Settlement, 🏫 Mapping, 🗺️ Trade, Infrastructure, Community and Connection through interesting, hands activities. Yes 🙌 there will be some writing ✍️ and worksheets 📝 however this will not be our focus, nor necessary if you’re not that way inclined. There will also be half an hour ⏰ after class to visit our beautiful 😻 animals if you want too. We are super excited 🙌 🥳 about these lessons and can’t wait to see what they bring! XOX LDF 🦆
