Join Katie for sunset slow flow yoga by the ocean.Enjoy mindful movement at golden hour as you're guided through a gentle, grounding flow designed to release tension, calm the mind & connect you to the rhythm of nature.
Location: Mullaloo Point (Key West car park) - walk down the path and turn right towards the rocks
Date/Time: 5:30-6:30pm Tues 28th October 2025
Exchange: $20
Bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes for yoga.
This is an all-levels class.
