High Performance Coaching-Defence Session
About
The North Coast Academy of Sport (NCAS) is excited to present our second session on Saturday, 8th November, with International Coach and Diamonds player Nicole Cusack and Defender Jess Milne, Firebird #111 and Southern Steel NZ 2026 player. This session will give our North Coast Athletes the opportunity to elevate their defence-focused skillset and performance to the next level.The High-performance clinic will consist of two sessions-
Attack Session and Defence Session
Each training session is open to netball athletes currently aged 13-16 years.
Date: Saturday 8th November
Location: Grafton PCYC
Time:
1.00 pm- 2.30 pm Attack Session
2.30 pm - 4.00 pm Defence Session
Cost: $150 per session
Developing regional talent and providing elite-level training opportunities.
Please note this event is separate from the NCAS Netball Program trials.
