Take a mindful pause to ground, release, and restore. This 90-minute sound healing journey is designed to help you reset your energy and return to a place of calm and balance.Your experience begins with a heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao, inviting you into presence and intention. You’ll then be guided into deep rest on a soft bamboo mattress, cocooned in comfort with an eye pillow and blanket.
As the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments ripple through the space, your nervous system is invited to soften and realign. Reiki energy and light supportive touch are also available for those who wish, offering deeper energetic harmony and grounding.
