This is 2 hour session for rural health CEOs to experience a Balint group.So many of us work in high-demand, emotionally charged environments, listening deeply, caring for others, holding complexity.
But who holds space for you?
That’s what Balint Groups offer.
Each month, small groups of leaders meet to reflect on the emotional side of their work, the moments that stay with you, unsettle you, or simply linger in your mind.
Balint is a reflective practice that deepens empathy, reduces burnout, and restores meaning in the work you do.
This is a one-of workshop to give you a chance to experience a Balint group. Numbers will be limited to 8 people. All our work is confidential.
