This 10-session High Performance Program is designed for advanced players looking to elevate their game through elite coaching, advanced skills, and conditioning. Led by Head Coach AJ Dawson, a Level 2 AFL Accredited Coach and current coach with the Gold Coast SUNS Academy, with over 20 years of playing and coaching experience on the Gold Coast.Sessions feature guest coaches, including ex-AFL players and GC SUNS Academy staff, providing expert insights to help players gain a genuine pre-season advantage while balancing their football commitments.
Program Details:
📅 Dates: 16–23 December 2025 & 6–17 January 2026
📍 Locations: Burleigh Bombers AFC & Salk Oval (PBC)
🕖 Days/Times: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday | 7:15–8:15 AM
