Allyship Bootcamp: Practical Skills for Real Inclusion
About
Allyship isn’t a label — it’s a leadership behaviour. This fast-paced Bootcamp gives you the exact tools to step up, speak up, and support others when it counts.
Inclusive workplaces don’t happen by accident. They are created by leaders who act — with confidence, clarity, and skill.
In this practical half-day Bootcamp, you’ll learn how to recognise exclusion, respond effectively in real time, and build a team culture where every person feels safe, respected, and supported.
Through guided practice, scenario-based learning, and language tools you can use immediately, you will leave ready to play an active role in inclusion — not a silent bystander.
Choose Morning or Afternoon session — or attend both to earn the Allyship Leadership Certificate.
