Finding Flow: Processing and reflecting on the past year
About
Join us for Finding Flow, a two-hour virtual reflective space offering creative arts therapists an opportunity to pause, process, and reconnect. Facilitated by Dr. Neha Christopher and Dr. Tanya Silveira-Price, this offering invites participants to reflect upon the past year of professional and personal practice—honouring its challenges and learnings.Through creative, reflective, and embodied processes, we will explore moral distress - a common yet often unspoken experience for creative arts therapists working within systems misaligned with therapeutic intentions. Participants will engage in restorative practices to reflect upon and respond to advocacy fatigue and burnout in real time, cultivating awareness, compassion, and sustainable self-directed practices to support their ongoing professional journeys.
As the year draws to a close, Finding Flow also offers a gentle space for closure and transition - an opportunity to release what no longer serves, acknowledge what has been gained, and reconnect with one’s inner resources. Whether moving into a period of rest or stepping into the new year, our hope is that participants will leave with a renewed sense of self-foundation, clarity, and readiness to move forward with strength and intention.
In recognising the importance of access, we are offering a financial accessibility discount to ensure that those who wish to engage are not met with financial barriers. If you would like to access this discount, please email Tanya (tanya.silveira@gmail.com) to receive the discount code.
