TUESDAY 25 November - Step 2 Session Selections

DESCRIPTION

• Step 2 of the registration process allows paid ticket holders to choose their preferred sessions.
• Please select one session per time slot (eg. Tuesday 9:40am, 11am, 12pm, 1:40pm) (check session times and details in the conference brochure) 
• You will register 4 sessions in total for Tuesday 25th Novemeber.
• Please note, that if session is over capacity on the day of the conference (from people just turning up and not correctly registering), the facilitator has the right to refer back to the registration list and first preference will go to those who are correctly registered for the session.

FORM INSTRUCTIONS

1. You can only enter details for yourself or on behalf of ONE person. If you need to register multiple people you will need to complete the form multiple times so that ACHPER receives the correct information for every person.

2. Choose ONE session only in each timeslot. This is your preferred and only choice. If a session is cancelled due to low numbers, we will contact you to choose a different session.

3. Session availability will start to show once there are less than 20 seats available. (e.g. 6 seats available).  If you are able to choose a session, then it is still available.

No responsibility for lost or incomplete information will be accepted by ACHPER if more than one person is registered in a single session, or multiple sessions are chosen in each timeslot, and as a result, a delegate is not registered for their preferred sessions.
