2025 Year 12 Final Assembly Invitation

Dear Parents/Guardians of Year 12 Students,

We are delighted to invite you to the Year 12 Final Assembly, scheduled for Friday 21 November, from 11:00am to 12:30pm in the East Doncaster Secondary College Sports Stadium. This event offers a special opportunity to celebrate this important milestone alongside your child.

To ensure we are prepared, we kindly request that you must book your child’s attendance for the day. (Please note that if you do not book for your Year 12 student, they will not be allocated a seat or acknowledged on the day)

Due to venue capacity, we can accommodate two guests per Year 12 student. Once we have confirmed attendance numbers, we may be able to open additional guest spots. The assembly will include the presentation of various achievement awards and a special recognition of each Year 12 student, highlighting memorable moments from their final year.

Younger siblings are welcome to attend, provided they are seated with a parent, counting toward the two-guest limit. For attendance records, please include the student code of any younger siblings attending when booking.

Arrival:

• Year 12 Students: Please arrive by 10:00am to prepare for the event.
• Families: Please arrive by 10:45am to ensure timely seating. Family seating will be reserved in a selected section of the stadium.

Post-Assembly:

After the assembly, parents will have an opportunity to take photos with their children in the stadium or on the mezzanine level. Year 12 students will then continue with their celebration day activities, and we kindly request that visitors depart the College grounds by 1:15pm.
