This training is designed for people who have staff reporting to them. Content and assignments are specifically developed to up-skill people leaders in understanding their role in change management and how to support staff.This session is a full day and is by special request. The training is an in-person event. Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided. Please provide your own lunch or plan to get lunch close by.
NOTE: This session will go ahead only if sufficient leaders register to attend
