Should we really be concerned?Ecotoxicologist Scott Wilson discusses the latest global research findings available on microplastics, what is happening to address the problem and what are some simple measures that you can take to reduce your exposure.
Scott P. Wilson is an Ecotoxicologist, and currently a Senior Research Fellow, School of Science, at RMIT University. Scott has over 25 years’ experience in studying and managing environmental impacts in water, soil and air. During this time, Scott has been prominent in the use of bio-indicators and the development of techniques for assessing and minimising environmental harm and has worked with a range of sectors (mining, agriculture, water, packaging) to help address specific environmental issues.
