Succession Act 2023 (SA) Panel Discussions: 11 Months On
It is coming up to one year since the commencement of the Succession Act on 1 January 2025. To reflect on the first year in operation so far, STEP South Australia will be hosting a panel discussion examining how the Act has been applied in practice and the key lessons learned.
