Junior School Celebration Evening
About
We look forward to welcoming families to our 2025 Celebration Evening.Attendance for the Celebration Evening is compulsory for all students, and we anticipate your support in ensuring their participation.
*Prep to Year 6 students will have pre-allocated seating and won't require individual tickets.
For those requiring last-minute tickets, a QR code will be available on the evening.
Date
Thursday 27 November 2025 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM (UTC+11)
We ask that parents be seated by 5:45pm, with the evening concluding at approximately 7:15pm.
Student arrival times:
- 5:30 pm – Junior Strings students arrive at school and proceed to the PAC.
- 5:40 pm – All other students arrive at school and go directly to their classrooms.
Attire guidelines for students:
- Year 2-6 Students: Summer uniform with blazer (no jumpers) and polished shoes.
- Prep and Year 1 Students: Summer sports uniform
Celebration Evening Schedule:
- After the event, we ask parents to collect their child from their child’s seat and supervise them closely for the remainder of the evening.
- Kindly ensure younger siblings remain seated with your family during the evening.
- Please have your ticket/s accessible on your phone to help locate your booked seats with ease.
Important Note: Seats marked 'disabled' are spaces for wheelchairs only (NO SEAT) ------>
