This program is designed for Registered & Enrolled Nurses who are required to access or de-access Totally Implanted Vascular Access Devices (TIVADs) (commonly known as PORTs), and/or provide care for PICCs & TIVADs. This includes tasks such as dressing changes, cap changes, blood sampling, administration of IV medications/fluids, & general line management.CVAD theory will be covered during the session, however, your workplace may require you to complete the CVAD modules available on the Grampians Learning Hub (GLH).
