We’re thrilled to welcome Damian Mackey, Head Distiller of Hunter Island Whisky, flying in especially for us. Damian’s journey from graduate surveyor to visionary craft-distiller has seen him set the bar for triple-distilled and single pot still whisky in Tasmania.
His passion, expertise and dedication to marrying Irish whisky tradition with rich Tasmanian barley make him one of the most exciting voices in boutique whisky production. Please join us in raising a glass to Damian and the exceptional whisky experience he brings.
