Embodied Woman Retreat
About
✨The Embodied Woman — A Half Day Retreat✨The Embodied Woman is a half-day retreat designed to offer you the time and space to slow down, soften, and listen to your body’s needs.
This experience is for all women—especially those who feel like the “superwoman” who does it all and needs permission to do less. It’s also ideal for those navigating stress or hormonal-related health challenges and seeking to reconnect with their natural rhythm.
What to Expect:
1.5 hours of Women’s Yoga — A gentle, slow, and restorative practice designed to regulate the nervous system and nourish the endocrine glands and organs that support hormonal balance. This session introduces interoceptive yoga to deepen your connection with your inner landscape.
Tea & Oracles — A moment to pause, reflect, and connect in circle.
Optimal Reproductive Health Workshop — Explore how to sync with your menstrual or nature cycles (inclusive for those post-menopause or post-operative) through lifestyle and holistic wellness practices that support balance and vitality.
