About
The benefit of pre-season training;Pre-season training is where development starts. Before the season begins, players have the chance to build the strength, skill, and confidence that sets them apart on court.
Focused sessions target key areas like footwork and passing under pressure, working on timing, and decision making.
We create an game environment each session where where players work foundations under game constraints which will develop their skills. When athletes practice at game pace and make decisions under pressure, they enter trials and round one ready to perform, not just participate.
Ages groups apply to the age the child is in 2026.

Sessions are STRICTLY capped
7 - 8yrs - Maximum 10 players per program
9 -10yrs - Maximum 16 players per program
11 -14yrs - Maximum 20 players per program
Session Time
7 - 8yrs - 3.45 - 4.30
9 -10yrs - 4.30 - 5.30
11 -14yrs - 5.30 - 6.30
Ticket includes
- 6 week face-to-face program
- 6 week home training program (valued $69)
