The 2025 Year 7 and 8 Drama Excellence classes proudly present their end-of-year plays.Year 8 Drama Excellence — 'Crash the Waves'
The year is 2424. The starship Ripple crash-lands on Kappazora-7, a planet powered by sound. Captain Novaa and their crew must rebuild their ship using a mysterious Harmony Engine, guided by colourful locals and tested by the ever-fussy Auditor Quibble.
Through chaos, humour, and teamwork, they discover that true harmony comes from listening, laughing, and working together.
Year 7 Drama Excellence — 'The Tin Forest'
Adapted from the children’s book by Helen Ward
In a lonely junkyard, an old man dreams of a forest alive with colour and song. One night, he begins to build it from tin and scrap — and slowly, life returns.
Told through movement, narration, sound, and puppetry, The Tin Forest celebrates imagination, hope, and the beauty that can grow anywhere.
