This is so much more than a restorative day—it’s a therapeutic experience grounded in mind–body science. The Pause Between combines embodied practice, reflective inquiry, and nervous system regulation to help you build awareness, reconnect with your values, and take steps forward from a place of intention.
About Your Facilitator
As an experienced therapist with a PhD in Cognitive Science, Sue brings a thoughtful blend of scientific understanding and embodied care to her work. She integrates research-backed approaches with warmth and compassion, shaped by years of her own yoga and mindfulness practice. Her gentle, trauma-informed approach creates a safe and supportive space for personal insight and renewal.
