Michelle owns Blue Wren Therapy a private practice offering individual and relationship therapy and clinical supervision. Michelle has been interested in all thing’s personal growth and self-help for as long as she can remember. This led her to develop a creative problem-solving card deck called Unstuck. Unstuck offers fresh perspectives and gentle prompts to help people move forward when life feels stuck. In her talk, Michelle will share the story behind Unstuck along with the insights and inspiration that brought it to life.
