Join Sensei and the black belts for a refresher / training course in throws and sweeps. For those who are in leadership roles, completing instruction hours or wanting to understand the mechanics behind how throws are executed, this will be a really valuable and insightful program.We will go indepth into teaching drills and building on each one to develop a full throw and we will cover a number of challenging throws as part of the session.
