About

It is claimed that there was a ‘trend of the interwar period towards the subtle or minimal decoration as a precursor to Modernism’ in reference to the Federal Capital Commission’s (FCC) housing for Canberra.

Our speaker, Eric Martin AM, has practised architecture in Victoria, NSW and the ACT both with government and in private practice. Eric is recognised nationally and internationally for his expertise in conservation of heritage structures, adaptive reuse and accessibility.
