On Track YoungStars Training Block January 2026
This program is designed to improve fitness, speed, technique, strength, mobility and to set goals prior to the upcoming 2026 cross country and athletic seasons. The athletes involved will need to wear appropriate running clothing, shoes, as well as bring a water bottle, towel and sunscreen to suit the sunny and warm conditions.

*Week 1: 6th, 8th & 9th Jan
* Week 2: 13th, 15th & 16th Jan
* Week 3: 20th, 22nd & 23rd Jan
6:30-8am (due to heat) - 10-18yrs (age in 2026)
