About the ProgramBuilding on the success of our program, this 6-week yoga program will return in Term 2 for PBC’s Excellence students, supporting their performance, recovery, mental wellbeing, and overall success across sport, academics, and personal development.
Each session focuses on mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, breathing techniques and relaxation to enhance movement quality, improve recovery, support mental health, and build focus, resilience, and emotional regulation.
Led by Isla O’Hara from Twyst Yoga, the sessions are accessible, engaging and tailored for high school students helping to develop physical resilience, mobility and mental focus.
No prior yoga experience is required — just a willingness to show up and give it a go.
