Women in Sailing dinner
Hear from guest speakers Jan Howard and Mary Holley, recent winners of the Yachting NSW She Sails Award on how they established the successful womens training program at NCYC. Jan and Mary, both veterans of many Sydney Hobart races wanted to give other women the opportunity to enjoy sailing as much as they did, and set up training programs specifically for women to learn in a very supportive and collaborative environment, focussed on skill and confidence building.
