2020 Glenbrook St Hall Maintenance & Cleaning roster
We have 100+ people using our hall @ 70 Glenbrook Street each week. Our various section leaders already give up several hours each week (+ camps & events) so in order to keep our hall in a clean and presentable (& safe!) condition we rely on families within the group to donate an hour or two of their time to do a cleanup during the term.
This includes hall/kitchen/bathroom sweep&mop, meeting room vacuum, back yard mowed and any extra things like replenish toilet paper, washup in kitchen etc.

Please pick a date/session that you are able to complete a hall clean for the section your child is associated with. You are more than welcome to wrangle in another family to help you (as may hands make lite work!) but we need these dates filled please.
The Panther Cub pack is term1, Joeys are in term 2, Venturers in term 3 and lastly scouts in term 4. Why these terms? generally the warmer months are more effort requiring lawns to be mowed and hence the sections with more members are booked for these months. The order also means that there shouldnt be any cases where are family does their turn in one turn and in the next term their youth member has moved sections and could be up for another go!
