Refine Your Asana Aug/Sept

This hour long class will be perfect for students who are new to yoga or just want to go over the basics or develop and refine your strength and alignment.

Learning to flow in alignment means there will be plenty of warm ups, 2 pose movements, instructions on healthy alignment and working with Kramas (how to build to a particular pose).

This class is open to all levels.
