Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event that the conference is cancelled due to COVID, please be assured we will notify you of contingency plans and that full refunds will be available.
If you are unable to attend on your booked day, you may request a change of day or a refund no later than Monday 11th January 2021.
- Refunds are subject to approval, and will not be available after Monday 11th January 2021 (due to catering requirements).
- Changes of day are subject to COVID capacity requirements.
