Please do not attend if you have any of the following:
- Are COVID-19 positive
- Have symptoms relating to COVID-19 or feeling unwell
- Have travelled overseas in the past 14 days
- Have travelled to a COVID-19 hotspot in the past 14 days
- Have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
