Twilight Ramble near the former Australian Forestry School

A late summer afternoon ramble in an area of historic interest in Yarralumla now flagged for redevelopment. Steve Thomas , active member of FACCT (Friends of ACT Trees) will lead us on a short walk round the site of the former Australian Forestry School, pointing out Charles Weston's plantings as well as some of the trees planted experimentally by Forestry students, finishing with refreshments. $15 AGHS members, $20 others.
