A special one night only rehearsed reading of ‘The One Day of the Year’ to benefit the Actors Benevolent Fund. Alan Seymour's classic explores the struggle to come to terms with what it is to be “Australian”, as seen through the eyes of the Cook family and their differing opinions of ANZAC Day. Starring a gallery of some of Australia’s finest and most promising actors (in alphabetical order) Samson Alston, Grant Dodwell, Anthony Phelan, Fiona Press (pictured), Samuel Welsh and Madeleine Wighton.
