Julia Banks is most well-known for resigning from the Coalition Government’s Liberal Party to stand as an independent MP after being subjected to years of ‘cultural and gender bias, bullying and intimidation’. Not the first time Julia has had to deal with workplace inequality, gender bias or intimidation. Before Julia entered politics she had a long and successful career in law and corporate sectors.
