Having made your ticket selection payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, EFT, or PayPal.

a)     The default payment type is credit card. If you wish to pay by credit card complete the Checkout page and click the Yellow 'Purchase' Button at the bottom of the page. The transaction will show as 'District 9675 Conf' on your credit card statement.

b)     If you wish to pay by EFT – Type in EFT in the Gift Certificate/Promotion Code Box – press APPLY and then complete the booking section. You will then need to transfer the money to the District account. The details are BSB 062 200 Account 10361736 using the reference 'CONF Your full name'. Please send an e-mail to the District Treasurer with your EFT details.

c)     If you wish to pay by PayPal select the PayPal icon and follow the prompts.

50 cents per ticket will be automatically added to your total.

 Cancellation

 Policy:

A full refund will be provided if the event is cancelled, by the organisers, due to COVID-19 restrictions.

10 days or more prior to the event: A full Refund of ticket price.

0-9 days prior to the event: No Refund will be issued - tickets are transferrable.

As you are aware, we live in interesting and challenging times, so we are also planning on holding a virtual conference if COVID-19 prevents us from gathering in person.

Whatever eventuates, rest assured that we have a great line up of speakers and will bring them to you one way or another!
