In this workshop, you will find out what it takes to not just survive but thrive while working in the alcohol and other drug and mental health fields. Gain real strategies to relax, recharge and revive to ensure you are at your best for your clients for the coming year.

- Understand the difference between, and recognise warning signs of burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma
- Build your own toolkit of practitioner specific resilience strategies
