City of Port Phillip invites you to the Rainbow Flag Raising Event at the St Kilda Town Hall, ahead of the 27th Midsumma Pride March.
The rainbow flag being flown from our town halls carries a strong universal message, and we invite you to take part in raising the internationally known and recognised symbol of pride and inclusion – the rainbow flag.
This is an outdoor and physically distanced event.
