A discussion of sentencing principles and procedure will precede a role play scenario of a fictitious case by the Judge, Prosecution and Defence counsel. Participants will be invited to impose an appropriate sentence. Interactive discussion is encouraged. You be the Judge! Numbers are limited. Approx. 3 hours duration.Dates
