SATYANANDA YOGA FOR RESTORATION AND RESILIENCE
Join Swami Karma Karuna for a 3 hour online program exploring restorative practices within the Satyananda system of Yoga. There will be theory and practices, including yoga nidra, with a focus on restorative tools you can draw upon for yourself and offer to students, to build calm and resilience to counter the effects of the challenges of recent years.
