About
Per4orm Squad runs during the school term, comprising of one physical session per week over the duration of the term. The weekly sessions are lead by our elite coaches with a focus on improving each netballer's game through the provision of individualised feedback, fitness, position-specific and general skills and matchplay.Session times:
- Per4orm Junior Squad 8-11 years - Tue AM and PM plus Fri PM
- Per4orm Squad (Poulton Park) - Wed AM
- Per4orm Senior Squad 12 years+ - Fri PM
