Discover the growing development of Ginninderry from its Aboriginal heritage, early European settlers through to one of Canberra’s newest communities. Speakers will be Tyson Powell, a Wiradjuri man with Ngunnawal family ties who has a strong passion for his culture and the land; Ange Calliess, from the Ginninderry Conservation Trust on her role and activities and historian Dr Mary Hutchison on her work with community stories. Morning tea is included before we head outdoors for a short walk.Location
