Reclaim the Void - Community Rug workshop
We invite you to participate in a rug making project, which seeks to raise awareness of the story of country and its importance in Aboriginal culture.
Reclaim the Void's vision is to cover a mining pit with a large scale artwork made from discarded fabric.
There is no experience required to make a rug! Bring along an adult sized hula hoop and some old single-coloured bedsheets and using an easy technique, you'll make a rug that will be included in the final artwork.
