The Fo'c's'le Firkins are one of Australia's oldest sea shanty groups. Formed in 1985 in Perth for a shanty workshop performance at the National Folk Festival, the Firkins have been singing together for nearly 40 years. Their new album was recorded in October 2021 at a live gig for the Sirens, the female fans of the Fremantle Football Club. Experience the force of authentic work shanties and seafaring songs as the Firkins launch their new CD 'Live at the Fremantle Navy Club'.Date
