The Edge has lift access and is wheelchair accessible. Arrangements can also be made to enter from the Fed Square Car Park. REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances and are assessed on a case-by-case scenario. To request a refund, please contact team@sinistercreative.com.au before October 27th 2022, 5pm. We are unable to provide refunds after the specified date. If you would like to transfer your tickets to a different show time, please contact us before September 20th 2022. Please note that we are only able to fulfil transfers and/or seating upgrades at this time.

 

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Before attending our event, please view below our following measures in regards to COVID-19. We are following the recommended guidelines provided by the Victorian Government, and will continue to update our attendees should any changes occur.

We recommend that you:

• Wear a mask where you cannot physically distance
• Physically distance where possible
• Arrive in advance (doors will open half an hour prior to the performance)

All visitors must comply with any COVID-19 safety protocols or requirements communicated prior to, or at the event (including signage at the venue or floor line markings). This includes complying with:

a) Hand hygiene requirements;

b) Physical distancing requirements (including physical spacing requirements while queuing);

c) Mask and personal protective equipment directives;

d) Person density/capacity requirements.

We ask that every visitor make a reasonable assessment of your health status before attending our event. Please do not attend Super Effective! if you are required to be in isolation.

You may be refused entry on the day if you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, as assessed by event staff. Symptoms include: fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose or loss of sense of smell. In that circumstance, tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

Please notify us immediately if you develop any symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of attending our event via team@sinistercreative.com.au.
