2022 Mental Fitness Swim by Wenona
About
The 12-Hour Mental Fitness Swim is open to all members of the Wenona community. Participants can swim individually or, with friends or family members completing an 1-hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, or 4-hour block. With six lanes available, you can swim in any stroke, swimming as far as possible during the nominated block. Learn to Swim students and less confident swimmers from Years 2 to 6 can also get involved by booking into one of the 40-minute blocks held in the Wenona Program Pool.
All profits from this event will be donated to the Black Dog Institute.
