The Rotary Club of Emerald and District proudly organised the annual Kids Fun Run in support of a local children's charity.In recent years the event has supported The Monash Children’s Cancer Centre which is an integral part of the new Monash Children’s Hospital and cares for approximately 30% of Victoria’s childhood cancer patients.
Our Kids Fun Run With Puffing Billy event this year is being held on 4 December at Puffing Billy Railway Station, Gembrook.
To book your children in to a run with Puffing Billy go to kidsfunrunwithpuffingbilly.org.au/ and click on the register button.
This ticketing site is to book train rides on Puffing Billy - the engine will steam alongside the little runners.
Rides are only $5 per ticket so why not hop aboard!!!
IF YOU NEED TO SUPERVISE YOUR CHILD DURING THEIR RUN DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRAIN RIDE AT THE SAME TIME AS THE RUN THEY ARE PARTICIPATING IN.

The Fun Run Rides go from the station, up the track to the start of that particular fun run and then sets off back to the station with the children running alongside – trying to beat the train. Passengers on the train have the added joy of having the little ones running with them. The duration and length of the train ride corresponds with the fun run.
Joyrides 1 & 2 go from the station up the track for 10 mins (approx.) and then return to the station – a 20 mins (approx.) round trip.
